Went in when the store opened, the young girl working customer service definitely did not want to be there. Had no concept of how a line works and was upset that she had to get cash for a drawer. Needless to say I had to get my own product and go ring myself up at self checkout.. pretty sure I was just a target cashier myself.

I original win to return something that I bought online and then buying something else. Hi did Sol check out? It was easy and quick. The only thing that I tried to use the coupons and in the self check out kept saying coupon, not a sept it that was the only sex part because I always try to save other than that. Everything went fine an smooth.

Never has anything I want in stock. The amount of times I either have to settle for something lesser, or take the trip down the street to Walmart…. 100% of the time. And forget about the cosmetics section…… don’t even bother looking there.

I’m not sure what his name was but this one ugly tall skinny white ginger guy with a beard that was wearing all black wouldn’t leave my friends alone and told them to get out of target with no valid reason. He would not stop following them and basically accused them or was implying that they were stealing when they weren’t. My friend had put something in her pocket to hold onto while she was there and she was obviously going to pay which might’ve made him think she was going to steal it but she’s not stupid and she was going to pay with her card which she pulled out to show. We’re not even sure if he worked there since he wasn’t wearing a uniform or anything but just incase. He also told them that he had taken pictures of them (weird??) and sent it to the police as well as our school. They got a pic of him 2

I will be shopping at Salem target more now. Want to give the salesperson named Xiomara for all the help and all her patients she helped me with. We do need more helpful people like her she went way above and beyond her help for me. Thank You again Xiomara.

We want to train people to use the self check out! So the answer, after my question, why there is no register opening. People were standing in a long queue. Most of them were not able to scan the items and needed assistance. I'm not working for Target. Self check out should be for people who have a couple of items and are on the run or have a short working break.

gave me the wrong return policy information, issued me a card that i can only spend in the store without explaining that to me. I call to get help they hang up on me the first time. the second time I call, the manager tells me i willingly gave them my id and there is nothing she can do to make it right. worst costumer service experience I have gotten at a target

I have been coming to the Salem target for many years and am happy with the selection, target circle deals and ease of finding what I need and at least a few things I didn’t need but wanted!
